Passengers Not Enrolled in Xxxx County Schools. The Board and the Contractor agree that non-student passengers riding on Contractor’s vehicle are an aspect of Contractor’s business that should be regulated by Contractor. Contractor agrees to regulate non-student passengers within the guidelines set forth in the Xxxx County Schools School Bus Handbook and the Xxxx County Board of Education Policy Manual. Contractor specifically acknowledges that Contractor is responsible for any non-student passenger who suffers any injury aboard vehicle; therefore, Contractor agrees to indemnify and defend the Xxxx County Board of Education for any injury incurred. Provided that, where the non-student passenger is an employee of the Xxxx County Board of Education, who is on the bus in the course and scope of their employment, Contractor agrees to indemnify and defend the Xxxx County Board of Education if said employee suffers any injury solely as a result of the negligence or gross negligence of Contractor or Contractor’s agent or employee. Contractor agrees that no passengers be allowed to ride Contractor’s vehicle unless Contractor is properly insured under the policy purchased by the Contractor.

Passengers Not Enrolled in Xxxx County Schools. While a bus is in service to the Xxxx County Schools, non-student passengers shall be limited to law enforcement officers, employees of the Xxxx County Schools who have a transportation oversight responsibility, employees of the contractor who have a need to be aboard a specific bus and other individuals as may be specified in Board policy and the Transportation Handbook, including, but not limited to, KCS approved volunteers.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Entry Into Commercial Service 15.1 Commercial Operation Date (COD)

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
