Common use of Past Service Credits Clause in Contracts

Past Service Credits. All employees entering the Employer’s service on 1985-11-06 who had service with BC Transit, MTOC or their predecessors will receive credit for existing service in the determination of vacation entitlement. All employees entering service with the Employer after 1985-11-06 will receive credit for all past service with the Employer (including BCT, MTOC service for employees transferred on 1985-11-06) and/or for all past service with their predecessor companies in positions which were dedicated to the transit functions in determining their vacation entitlements after completing one (1) full calendar year after re-entry.

Past Service Credits. ‌ All employees entering the Employer’s Employer service on 1985-1106-06 01 who had service with BC Transit, MTOC or MTOC, and their predecessors will receive credit for existing past service in the determination of vacation entitlement. All employees entering service with the Employer MTOC after 19851980-1104-06 01 will receive credit for all past service with the Employer (including BCT, MTOC Hydro service for employees transferred on 19851980-1104-0601) and/or for all past service with their predecessor companies B.C. Hydro in positions which were dedicated to the transit functions Transit Division up to and including 31 March 1980 in determining their vacation entitlements after completing one (1) full calendar year after re-entry.
