Past Service Credits. Employees in the bargaining unit on the effective date of this Agreement, or who thereafter enter the bargaining unit, and whose service with any other employer(s) is or was recognized by the Union or any of its predecessors for the purposes of sick leave entitlement shall have all such service recognized for such purposes under this Article.
