Paternity/Maternity Leave. Any teacher shall be entitled, upon written request, to a leave of absence for four (4) consecutive school days upon the birth of his/her child, with pay, if the birth occurs during the school year. Such leave days will not extend beyond the end of the school year in which the birth occurs.
