Paternity or Adoption Leave. On the occasion of the birth or adoption of a child or intake of a xxxxxx child, an Employee who is not in receipt of benefits under Articles 16 or 16A shall be granted leave with pay for a maximum of two (2) days and a further three (3) days of unpaid leave if requested. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.
