Pay at Separation. If an employee is to be laid off or discharged, except for cause, he shall be so notified and paid off in full, at least one- half (1/2) hour before the established quitting time. Should the Employer require the employee to be laid off or discharged to receive his check at the office of the Employer, the employee shall be allowed two (2) hours at regular pay. Should the employee not be paid promptly upon arrival at the office of the Employer, he shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of pay for all time in waiting.
