Pay During Military Service. Supervisors on proper assignment or regular appointment who enter the military service shall be on leave of absence with pay during the first thirty days of service unless the DOE is otherwise required to make payment of salary during such military service.

  • Holiday During Leave Should an employee be on authorized paid leave when a holiday occurs, such holiday shall not be charged against such leave or vacation.
