Pay during Pregnancy Related Disability. Days of absence due to pregnancy disability shall be treated as days of sick leave, and absences shall be paid absences until the accumulated sick leave days of the Member have been exhausted. Sick leave payment shall apply to such absences for periods either before and/or following the birth of the child.
