Common use of Pay for Unused Vacation Clause in Contracts

Pay for Unused Vacation. Upon completion of their respective contract service periods, nine (9), ten (10), and eleven (11) month employees may receive payment, in lump sum, for up to a maximum of ten (10) days of accrued vacation.
