Common use of Pay Stub Clause in Contracts

Pay Stub. On the pay stub, the Company indicates the name, given name or initial, the date and the pay period, the hours worked, the overtime, the deductions, the gross earnings and the net earnings, and the increments if any. Accrued monetary entitlement for vacation shall be shown on the employees’ pay stubs.
