Common use of Payback of Advanced PTO Clause in Contracts

Payback of Advanced PTO. An employee terminating employment prior to the end of the year shall be charged back for any unearned advanced PTO at the rate of 2.00 hours per pay period for full-time employees and 1.31 hours per pay period for regular part-time employees. An employee must terminate employment with the Employer on or after the 15th of the month to earn advance PTO hours for the month.
