Payment Alignment. The parties share the objective of improving the likelihood that ACOs attain their cost and quality improvement goals by aligning payment incentives at the payer-ACO level to the individual clinician and facility level. A. The performance incentives that are incorporated into the payment arrangements between the State and the Contractor should be appropriately reflected in those that the Contractor utilizes with participating providers. Annually, no later than the third quarter of each program year, the Contractor will share with the State their written plans for: 1. Aligning provider payment and compensation with Contractor performance incentives for cost and quality; and 2. Distributing any earned shared savings. 3. Specific to affiliated providers or incentive pool forms of compensation, the Contractor will provide detailed and specific plans for funding and distribution under these programs. B. The State will support the Contractor by collaborating to align performance incentives by considering the use of alternative payment methodology including bundled payments and other episode-based payment methodologies.

The performance incentives that are incorporated into the payment arrangements between a commercial insurer and an ACO should be appropriately reflected in those that the ACO utilizes with its contracted providers. ACOs will share with the GMCB their written plans for: a. aligning provider payment (from insurers or Medicaid) and compensation (from ACO participant organization) with ACO performance incentives for cost and quality, and b. distributing any earned shared savings. 2. ACOs utilizing a network model should be encouraged to create regional groupings (or “pods”) of providers under a shared savings model that would incent provider performance resulting from the delivery of services that are more directly under their control. The regional groupings or "pods" would have to be of sufficient size to reasonably calculate "earned" savings or losses. ACO provider groupings should be incentivized individually and collectively to support accountability for quality of care and cost management. 3. Insurers shall support ACOs by collaborating with ACOs to align performance incentives by considering the use of alternative payment methodology including bundled payments and other episode-based payment methodologies.

  • Payment Allocation Subject to applicable law, your payments may be applied to what you owe the Credit Union in any manner the Credit Union chooses. However, in every case, in the event you make a payment in excess of the required minimum periodic payment, the Credit Union will allocate the excess amount first to the balance with the highest annual percentage rate and any remaining portion to the other balances in descending order based on applicable annual percentage rate.

  • Progressive Payment For Property in which there is / are outstanding progressive payment(s) due to the Developer:- a. In the event that the Purchaser shall require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, the Purchaser shall notify the Assignee within thirty (30) days from the date of successful sale the details of the loan/financing and the Purchaser’s Financier by providing the Assignee a copy of the letter of offer for financing and on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall cause the Purchaser’s Financier to issue a letter of undertaking to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. b. In the event that the Purchaser shall not require a loan/financing to enable the completion of the purchase herein, on or before the Completion Date, the Purchaser shall procure a letter of undertaking (acceptable to the Assignee) to pay the balance progressive payment according to the schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in favour of the Developer and to release the Assignee from its original undertaking. c. Any outstanding progressive payment, charges, interests and/or penalty imposed as a result of the delay in settlement of the balance progressive payment or caused by the delay in the issuance of a letter of undertaking as stated above shall be solely borne and paid by the Purchaser.

  • FILOT PAYMENTS Pursuant to Section 12-44-50 of the FILOT Act, the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, as applicable, are required to make payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes to the County with respect to the Economic Development Property. Inasmuch as the Company anticipates an initial investment of sums sufficient for the Project to qualify for a fee in lieu of tax arrangement under Section 12-44-50(A)(1) of the FILOT Act, the County and the Company have negotiated the amount of the FILOT Payments in accordance therewith. The Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, as applicable, shall make payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes on all Economic Development Property which comprises the Project and is placed in service, as follows: the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, as applicable, shall make payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes during the Exemption Period with respect to the Economic Development Property or, if there are Phases of the Economic Development Property, with respect to each Phase of the Economic Development Property, said payments to be made annually and to be due and payable and subject to penalty assessments on the same dates and in the same manner as prescribed by the County for ad valorem taxes. The determination of the amount of such annual FILOT Payments shall be in accordance with the following procedure (subject, in any event, to the procedures required by the FILOT Act):

  • Payment Amounts The aggregate Payments to be made in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount that is equal to the corresponding Appropriated Amount. (For example, for the Payments due on December 1, 2022 and on June 1, 2023, the aggregate maximum amount of such Payments would be determined by the Appropriated Amount determined for certification by December 1, 2021.) Furthermore, the amount of each such Payment shall not exceed the amount of Incremental Property Tax Revenues (excluding allocations of “back-fill” or “make-up” (payments from the State of Iowa for property tax credits or roll-back) actually received by the City from the Dubuque County Treasurer attributable to the taxable incremental valuation of the Property in the six (6) months immediately preceding the extant Payment due date.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.

  • Payment of the balance Within sixty days of completion of the tasks referred to in each order or specific contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Agency a formal request for payment accompanied by those of the following documents, which are provided for in the Special Conditions: ➢ a final technical report in accordance with the instructions laid down in Annex I; ➢ the relevant invoices indicating the reference number of the Contract and of the order or specific contract to which they refer;

  • Payment Adjustments The Monthly Capitation Payments shall be adjusted for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) months prior to the Monthly Capitation Payment to reflect corrections to the Enrollee Listing Report. Payments will be adjusted to reflect the automatic enrollment of eligible newborn infants. At such time that Kentucky HEALTH is live, a delivery payment will be paid on the eighth (8th) day of the month for the previous month’s claims. Claims for payment adjustments shall be deemed to have been waived by the Contractor if a payment request is not submitted in writing within twelve (12) months following the month for which an adjustment is requested. Waiver of a claim for payment shall not release the Contractor of its obligations to provide Covered Services pursuant to the Contract. In the event that an Enrollee is eligible and enrolled, but does not appear on the Enrollee Listing Report, the Contractor may submit a payment adjustment request. The Contractor shall submit the request in accordance with Appendix D “Reporting Requirements and Reporting Deliverables” for automated reporting requirements. In the event that an Enrollee is eligible and enrolled and the Contractor believes the Capitation Payment was in error due to underpayment, overpayment, or duplicate payment, the Contractor may submit a payment adjustment request. The Contractor shall submit the request in accordance with Appendix D “Reporting Requirements and Reporting Deliverables” for automated reporting requirements. In the event that an Enrollee does not appear on the Enrollee Listing Report, but the Department has paid the Contractor for an Enrollee, the Department may request and obtain a refund of, or it may recoup from subsequent payments, any payment previously made to the Contractor. In the event an Enrollee appears on the Enrollee Listing Report but is determined to be ineligible, the Department may request and obtain a refund of, or it may recoup from subsequent payments, any payment previously made to the Contractor. In such instances, for each Enrollee that is determined to be ineligible, the Contractor may recover payment from any Provider who rendered services to Enrollee during the period of ineligibility. The entity to which the Enrollee is retroactively added shall assume responsibility for payment of any services provided to Enrollees during the period of adjusted eligibility. For cases involving Enrollee ineligibility due to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, the Department shall only recoup the Capitation amount and the Contractor shall establish procedures pursuant to Section
