PAYMENT BY PHONE FEE. This fee: • may be charged each time anyone makes a Payment to your Account with the assistance of a live phone representative; and • amount is disclosed at the time a payment by phone is requested. COPY REQUEST FEE A fee may be charged each time a copy of a document is requested. The fee amount will be disclosed at the time of your request. STOP PAYMENT FEE A fee may be charged when you request a stop payment on a credit card check you have written. Please note, if the check has already been paid, a stop payment cannot be requested. To request a stop payment you must notify us in writing. Please use the “Billing Inquiries” address on your billing statement. If you notify us by phone, you must also notify us in writing within 14 days of your call. Your written, signed request must include these items: • check number; • payee name; • check date; and • check amount. Your stop payment order will end after six months unless you renew it in writing. HOW WE APPLY PAYMENTS We apply your payment up to and including the Minimum Payment Due as we determine, and usually to lower APR balances before higher ones. Any payment amount greater than the Minimum Payment Due is applied to higher APR balances before lower ones. GETTING ADDITIONAL CARDS You may: • request additional cards for others; and/or • permit others to use your Card or Account Number. You are responsible for all charges made on additional Account cards or by permitted users. To revoke another person’s permission to use your Account, you must: • notify us; and • retrieve and destroy any cards, checks or other Account access devices from that person.
PAYMENT BY PHONE FEE. Bank may charge a fee in the amount set forth in the Pricing Information if Company or a Commercial Cardholder makes a payment through a phone call to Bank. Pricing Information may be changed from time to time through disclosures posted on Bank’s website or otherwise made available to Company. When a Commercial Cardholder uses an ATM not owned by Bank, there may be a fee charged by the ATM operator, Bank or by any network used to complete a Transaction, and/or a fee may be charged for a balance inquiry (even if any other transaction is not completed). Unless otherwise arranged with Bank, any late payment, returned check, or payment by phone will be added to the Commercial Cardholder’s Purchase balance and be treated as a Purchase.

  • Payment by Check a. If You apply for and are accepted into Company’s check paying program, Company will issue You an invoice within the first five (5) calendar days of each calendar month. Each invoice will include an invoice processing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25). Payment by check must be received by the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of each month. Acceptance into and continued participation in Company’s check paying program will be at Company’s sole discretion.

  • Payment by Credit Card Upon Customer’s written request and Comcast’s acceptance of such request, Comcast will accept certain credit card payments for charges generated under the Agreement. By providing Comcast with a credit card number, Customer authorizes Comcast to charge the card for all charges generated under this Agreement, until (i) this Agreement is terminated or (ii) Customer provides sixty (60) days prior notice that Comcast stop charging the credit card. Customer agrees to provide Comcast with updated credit card or alternate payment information on a timely basis prior to the expiration or termination of the credit card on file or in the event that Customer’s credit card limit is or will be insufficient to cover payment. If Comcast is unable to charge Xxxxxxxx's credit card for any reason, Customer agrees to pay all amounts due, including any late payment charges or bank charges, upon demand by Comcast. Comcast may limit the option to pay by credit card to specific Services or may discontinue acceptance of credit card payments in whole or in part upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Customer.

  • PAYMENT BY APPLICANT Payment of amounts due under this Article shall be made as set forth in Section 4.8 of this Agreement and is subject to the limitations contained in Section 7.1.

  • Xxxx Payments You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for xxxx payments that are either periodic and nonrecurring (e.g., payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or automatic and recurring (e.g., fixed mortgage payments). When you transmit a xxxx payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the xxxx payment transaction from the account you designate. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. The Credit Union will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the xxxx payment request, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account by 9:00am on the date of the scheduled payment if scheduled on a business day. If scheduled on a non-business day, the Credit Union will withdraw the funds by 9:00am on the first business day after the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your xxxx payment instructions at least 10 days before a xxxx is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit timely payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on periodic xxxx payments and automatic, recurring xxxx payment instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (e.g., payment date or payment amount) for a periodic or automatic payment you have already scheduled for transmission through online or mobile banking, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment through online or mobile banking. Your cancellation request must be entered and transmitted before the date you have scheduled for payment. If your request is not entered in time, you will be responsible for the payment. If you wish to place an oral stop payment on an automatic, recurring xxxx payment transaction, the Credit Union must receive your oral stop payment request at least three (3) business days before the next payment is scheduled to be made. You may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4 (Member Liability) to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within 14 days after the call.

  • Payments by Wire-Transfer All payments under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement shall be made by wire-transfer in accordance with the wire-transfer instructions on Exhibit 4.

  • Payments Free of Taxes Any and all payments by or on account of any obligation of any Loan Party under any Loan Document shall be made without deduction or withholding for any Taxes, except as required by applicable law. If any applicable law (as determined in the good faith discretion of an applicable Withholding Agent) requires the deduction or withholding of any Tax from any such payment by a Withholding Agent, then the applicable Withholding Agent shall be entitled to make such deduction or withholding and shall timely pay the full amount deducted or withheld to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law and, if such Tax is an Indemnified Tax, then the sum payable by the applicable Loan Party shall be increased as necessary so that after such deduction or withholding has been made (including such deductions and withholdings applicable to additional sums payable under this Section) the applicable Recipient receives an amount equal to the sum it would have received had no such deduction or withholding been made.

  • Payment of Fee The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.
