Common use of PAYMENT FOR ACCRUED SICK LEAVE Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT FOR ACCRUED SICK LEAVE. Any employee who has been employed by the Board for a period of ten (10) years or more shall be paid $100.00 per day for no more than 209 unused accumulated sick leave days if said employee retires during the 2008-2009, 2009-2010 or 2010-2011 school year. This paragraph shall not apply to any employee whose employment is terminated as a result of a decision of an administrative agency or a court of competent jurisdiction. If an employee dies while employed, this benefit shall be paid to the employee's estate.

This paragraph shall not apply to any employee whose employment is terminated as a result of a decision of an administrative agency or a court of competent jurisdiction. If an employee dies while employed, this benefit shall be paid to the employee's estate.

This paragraph provision shall not apply to any employee whose employment is terminated as a result of a decision of an administrative agency or a court Court of competent jurisdiction.
