Payment in Lieu of Long Service Leave. (a) A teacher with 10 years' continuous service with the School may cash out an amount of accrued but untaken long service leave that exceeds the amount of long service leave that the teacher would have accrued if the rate of accrual in the Long Service Leave Act applied to the teacher’s employment (the additional long service leave), on the following basis:
