SPONSOR does not require an invoice from COUNTY to make its payments on time to the COUNTY. All late payments will accrue interest at an annual interest rate of 10% beginning the day after the payment is due, and any applicable interest charge shall be calculated as of the date a payment is received, and the proceeds from any payment shall be applied first to pay outstanding interest charges, if any.

Payment of Annual Fee. (a) The Concessionaire shall pay to the Concessioning Authority, an Annual Fee commencing the first payment of Rs. 4,10,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Ten Lakh only) on the COD and further at each subsequent anniversary of COD, the amount payable shall be escalated annually at the rate of 5% (Five percent) of the Annual Fee of the immediate preceding year, till the expiry of Concession Period. (b) Any delay in payment of the amount in the preceding clause (a) shall entail payment of interest @ 10 Year G Sec plus 6% (Six percent) per annum on the amount outstanding. (c) The Concessionaire shall pay applicable GST or any other applicable taxes over and above the payment of the Annual Fee to the Concessioning Authority under Applicable Laws.

  • Payment of Annual Leave Upon resignation, retirement, or dismissal of any employee in the bargaining unit, he/she shall receive a sum equal to the number of days of annual leave remaining to his/her credit, provided that any or all amounts may be applied to offset any amounts owed the state by the employee. In the event of death of an employee while in the bargaining unit, a sum equal to the number of days annual leave remaining shall be paid to his/her estate.
