PAYMENT OF CONTRACT FEE. 3.1 IDC shall pay the Service Provider the Contract Fee, which fee shall be based on the provisions of Annexure “B” hereto, after the delivery of the services. 3.2 All tax invoices of the Service Provider shall contain the IDC’s VAT number, the Service Provider’s VAT number, if applicable, and the address of both Parties. 3.3 Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of an original tax invoice(s) furnished by the Service Provider, in accordance with the delivery and approval of services rendered in line with the provisions of Annexure “A”. 3.4 All money due to the Service Provider shall be paid into the Service Provider’s bank account, which bank account details shall be confirmed by the relevant bank and submitted to the IDC, on the bank’s letterhead or with a bank’s stamp. 3.5 The Service Provider shall endeavor to register for VAT, if not registered on the Commencement Date, within 6 months from the Signature Date.

PAYMENT OF CONTRACT FEE. 3.1 Future Sonie shall pay Vico H Boutique the Contract Fee, which fee shall be based on the provisions of Annexure “A” hereto, after the delivery of the services. 3.2 All tax invoices of the Vico H Boutique shall contain the Future Sonie’s, name. 3.3 Payment shall be made within 7 days upon receipt of an original tax invoice(s) furnished by Vico H Boutique, in accordance with the delivery and approval of services rendered in line with the provisions of Annexure “A”. 3.4 All money due to Vico H Boutique shall be paid into Vico H Boutique’s bank account, which bank account details shall be confirmed by Vico H Boutique and submitted to Future Sonie, on the bank’s letterhead or with a bank’s stamp.
PAYMENT OF CONTRACT FEE. Payment of the contract fee shall be by pro rata monthly instalments, with the amount payable invoiced monthly in arrears. Patrols are to be undertaken: (a) Where a specific compliance programme is specified by Council, in accordance with the schedule specified in the compliance programme. (b) On routes and at frequencies set out in Part 2 and 3 of this schedule.  Monitoring of all local radio channels plus Channel 16  Issuing educational messages/warnings where appropriate  Monitoring of waterways use for compliance with bylaws and other regulatory requirements (i.e. life jackets);  Issuing infringement notices where appropriate;  Identification of hazards (including pollution);  Identification of required navigation asset maintenance or replacement. Patrols must be concentrated in the peak waterways use periods between 1 November and 28 February each year.  2000 hours/year of 'on water' patrols  2000 hours/year of 'on shore'  2000 hours/year of “office administration” including response recording, education, enquires and application processing.

(b) Each Credit Party may in good faith contest, by appropriate proceedings, the validity or amount of any Charges, Taxes or claims described in Section 5.2(a); provided, that (i) adequate reserves with respect to such contest are maintained on the books of such Credit Party, in accordance with GAAP; (ii) no Lien shall be imposed to secure payment of such Charges (other than payments to warehousemen and/or bailees) that is superior to any of the Liens securing payment of the Obligations and such contest is maintained and prosecuted continuously and with diligence and operates to suspend collection or enforcement of such Charges, (iii) none of the Collateral becomes subject to forfeiture or loss as a result of such contest, (iv) such Credit Party shall promptly pay or discharge such contested Charges, Taxes or claims and all additional charges, interest, penalties and expenses, if any, and shall deliver to Agent evidence reasonably acceptable to Agent of such compliance, payment or discharge, if such contest is terminated or discontinued adversely to such Credit Party or the conditions set forth in this Section 5.2(b) are no longer met, and (v) Agent has not advised Borrower in writing that Agent reasonably believes that nonpayment or nondischarge thereof could have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Payment of Fee The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.

  • Interest Subsidy and Special Allowance Payments and Rebate Fees The Seller shall be entitled to all Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments on each Additional Loan or Substituted Loan accruing up to but not including the related Subsequent Cutoff Date and shall be responsible for the payment of any rebate fees applicable to such Purchased Loans subject to the related Xxxx of Sale accruing up to but not including the related Subsequent Cutoff Date. The Purchaser and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Purchaser shall be entitled to all Special Allowance Payments and Interest Subsidy Payments accruing from the related Subsequent Cutoff Date with respect to the Additional Loans or Substituted Loans, and shall be responsible for the payment of any rebate fees applicable to the Additional Loans accruing from the date of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date.

  • Payment of accrued interest In the case of an Interest Period longer than 3 months, accrued interest shall be paid every 3 months during that Interest Period and on the last day of that Interest Period.

  • Servicing Compensation; Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer The Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 3.03 as compensation for its services in connection with servicing the Mortgage Loans. Moreover, additional servicing compensation in the form of late payment charges and certain other receipts not required to be deposited in the Collection Account as specified in Section 3.02 shall be retained by the Servicer.   • Non-Payment of Fees Timely payment of fees owing under this Section 5 is a material condition of performance under this Agreement. In the event that Registrar fails to pay its fees within five (5) days of the date when due, Verisign may: (i) stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations from Registrar; (ii) delete the domain names associated with invoices not paid in full from the Registry database; (iii) give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.1(b) below; and (iv) pursue any other remedy under this Agreement.
