Driver's license fees shall not be included as a reimbursable cost; however driver's license fees related to Department of Transportation requirements, that is Class A or B license fees and the related medical examination shall be paid by the City. An employee shall have the option to utilize any of the City’s approved medical providers for the required medical examination (Concentra or Xxxx Diablo). The employee shall also have the option to use the Provider of their choice, however they shall only be reimbursed up to the City annually negotiated rates with Concentra and Xxxx Diablo.
