Reimbursable Cost definition

Reimbursable Cost means the Construction Cost for all Public Improvements shown in Appendix B.
Reimbursable Cost means all reasonable and actual direct costs properly incurred.
Reimbursable Cost means expenditures allowable to the grant agreement as determined on a cash, accrual, or other basis acceptable to the WDFW. It does not include transfers to other funds.

Examples of Reimbursable Cost in a sentence

  • To the extent that Consultant uses independent contractor labor (e.g. provided by a temporary labor service, etc.), Costs for such labor will be treated as a Reimbursable Cost and will not be subject to any ▇▇▇▇-up.

  • To the extent that Consultant pays its employees a premium in excess of its hourly rates for overtime spent on the Project and such premium is not included in the calculation of burden rates, the cost of the premium will be treated as a Reimbursable Cost and will not be subject to additional ▇▇▇▇-up.

  • Any Reimbursement Requests submitted after the Cutoff Date shall not be reviewed or included in Reimbursable Cost.

  • Developer acknowledges and agrees that any shared project costs that are not directly attributable to or reasonably apportioned to the Project, as reasonably determined by the City, shall not be a Reimbursable Cost.

  • Developer acknowledges and agrees that defective work costs as provided in Section 12.3 of this Agreement shall not be a Reimbursable Cost.


More Definitions of Reimbursable Cost

Reimbursable Cost has the meaning given such term in Section 17(f) hereof.
Reimbursable Cost or "Reimbursable Costs". shall have the meaning set forth in Article 4.2.
Reimbursable Cost means all direct and indirect costs incurred by Service Provider in performing its obligations under this Agreement as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and the accounting policies described herein and in accordance with the budget agreed to annually by the Parties hereto.

Reimbursable Cost means those costs incurred by CONTRACTOR and indicated as being reimbursable in Exhibit II - Basis of Compensation.
Reimbursable Cost means the net cost consisting of (i) actual claims ----------------- paid under the Seller's self-funded health and dental plans for claims incurred from the Closing Date through December 31, 1996 (the "Reimbursable Period"), ------------------- plus (ii) premiums for coverage under the Seller's fully-insured health plans ---- and HMOs during the Reimbursable Period, plus (iii) premiums for coverage under ---- the Seller's fully-insured plans which provide group life and accidental death and dismemberment benefits during the Reimbursable Period, less (iv) pre-tax contributions made by, and credits applicable to, Transferred Employees for coverage referred to in (i), (ii), and (iii) above.
Reimbursable Cost means all expenses, costs, losses or damages (direct or indirect) payable or incurred by the Band (in the case of the Band’s Sewerage System), or the Village (in the case of the Village’s Sewerage System) to the extent arising from or caused by any violation of this Act, including: (1) all costs incurred in responding to any violation, including expenses for any cleaning, repair or replacement work, and the costs of sampling, monitoring, and treatment; (2) all costs of monitoring, surveillance, and enforcement in connection with investigating, verifying, and prosecuting any violation; (3) the full amount of any fines, assessments, and penalties, including natural resources damages, levied by any government agency or third party; (4) the full value of any staff time (including any administrative and overhead costs and any required overtime), consultant and engineering fees, and actual attorney fees and defense costs (including legal counsel and any special legal counsel), associated with reviewing, responding to, investigating and/or verifying the violation; and (5) all costs incurred and assessed to the Site Customer by the Band or Village, to correct any violation, damage or impairment to the Band’s Sewerage System and/or Village’s Sewerage System caused by the violation.
