Payment of Holidays. 13 (A) Employees required to work on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day shall 14 receive .5 times their hourly rate in holiday premium pay in addition to their 15 regular hours worked for hours actually worked on the holiday regardless of 16 when the shift starts. Holidays start at 12:01 a.m. and end at midnight. 17 Employees working a shift trade will receive the holiday premium pay.
