Payment of monetary Development Contributions. 8.1 A monetary Development Contribution is made for the purposes of this Agreement when the Council receives the full amount of the contribution payable under this Agreement in cash or by unendorsed bank cheque or by the deposit by means of electronic funds transfer of cleared funds into a bank account nominated by the Council.
