Employees attending meetings called while they are on duty will be paid for the time in attendance providing a meeting does not extend past the end of a shift. If it does extend past the end of the shift, no allowance is made for such additional Employees attending meetings during their time off will not be paid. Where it is necessary relieve an employee attending a meeting, the relief man will be paid at straight time except for any time in excess of eight (8) hours in the day which will be paid for at time and one-half. The time of the meeting shall be determined by mutual agreement.
