Payment of Sick Leave Credit. Unit employees who retire between the dates of April 1, 2009 and December 31, 2012 inclusive, shall receive a payment of 4.5% of the employee’s annual base salary into their Retiree Health Savings Plan (RHSP) account. This provision expires January 1, 2013.

  • Sick Leave Credits Regular employees who have completed their probationary period will accrue sick leave credits at the rate of one day per month to a maximum of 156 days.
