Payments by Agents. No Agent shall be required to make any payment under this Indenture unless and until it has received in advance the full amount to be paid. To the extent that an Agent has made a payment for which it did not receive in advance the full amount, the Issuer will reimburse the Agent the full amount of any shortfall.

Payments by Agents. Unless it has not received payment of the full amount (in free and cleared funds) due on such date and by the deadline set out in Clause 5.1, the Principal Paying, Transfer and Exchange Agent will, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer the relevant amounts due in respect of the Bonds on the due date therefor. If any payment provided for in Clause 5.1 is made late but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement, the Principal Paying, Transfer and Exchange Agent will nevertheless make such payments in respect of the Bonds upon receipt of the relevant funds. However, unless and until the full amount of any such payment has been made to it, the Principal Paying, Transfer and Exchange Agent will not be bound to make such payments.

  • Payments by Agent to the Lenders All payments to be made by Agent to the Lenders (or Bank Product Providers) shall be made by bank wire transfer of immediately available funds pursuant to such wire transfer instructions as each party may designate for itself by written notice to Agent. Concurrently with each such payment, Agent shall identify whether such payment (or any portion thereof) represents principal, premium, fees, or interest of the Obligations.

  • Payments by Borrowers; Presumptions by Administrative Agent Unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from a Borrower prior to the date on which any payment is due to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lenders or the L/C Issuer hereunder that such Borrower will not make such payment, the Administrative Agent may assume that such Borrower has made such payment on such date in accordance herewith and may, in reliance upon such assumption, distribute to the Lenders or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, the amount due.
