Peaceful Performance of City Services. A. It is mutually understood that during the term of the agreement, none of the parties hereto will participate in, encourage, assist or condone any strike, concerted work stoppage, cessation of work, slow down, sit down, stay away, or any other form of interference with or limitation of the peaceful performance of City services. In the event of any such action, the City may take disciplinary action and has available to it any and all remedies provided by law.
