PEER ASSISTANCE AND REVIEW PROGRAM. It is the intent of the Association and the District to establish a Peer Assistance Program that enables exemplary teachers to assist teachers in professional development. The focus of this program is to improve instruction, including subject matter knowledge, strategies and methods. This program is part of a coordinated effort by the Association and the District to train, strengthen and retain employees.
