Per Diem Differential. Section 1. A per-diem differential shall be paid to an employee who is employed to work intermittently and/or less than eighty (80) hours per calendar month. Such employees must make themselves available to work at least five shifts per month which includes, at least, one (1) weekend shift and two (2) holidays per year. Section 2. There shall be a per-diem differential of fifteen percent (15%) of the base hourly rate for all hours worked.
