Common use of Per Diem Clause in Contracts

Per Diem. The contractor shall not be paid for per diem for contractor personnel who reside in the metropolitan areas in which the tasks are being performed. Per Diem shall not be paid on services performed within a fifty-mile radius of the contractor’s home office or the contractor’s local office.
