Performance Assessment Process. A working party comprising the Artistic Committee, Director of Artistic Operations and Orchestra Manager will be formed to agree, by 31 December 2007, the following: An ongoing performance feedback system for musicians to identify and meet developmental needs; A documented assessment process which identifies and manages performance issues to an agreed schedule and includes clear notification to the musician involved; and The authority to initiate performance assessment and management processes which will be consistent with that applying to the loss of proficiency process.

Performance Assessment Process. If a deliverable is rated as being unsatisfactory for Quality or Regulatory Compliance at the time that the approved PWS deadline for the deliverable expires, the Contractor may receive an unsatisfactory rating for Schedule, unless there is an Army approved delay that extends the PWS deliverable. This will only take place during the rating period, and will not necessarily influence future/later ratings.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Joint Assessment If the Building is not separately assessed, Real Property Taxes allocated to the Building shall be an equitable proportion of the Real Property Taxes for all of the land and improvements included within the tax parcel assessed, such proportion to be determined by Lessor from the respective valuations assigned in the assessor's work sheets or such other information as may be reasonably available. Lessor's reasonable determination thereof, in good faith, shall be conclusive.

  • Performance of Reviews The RIRs shall send a request for review to the Operator per email, where they shall specify the areas they request a review for. The Operator must comply with the request by providing the requested information within working days. The review may include an onsite inspection. In this case the RIRs and the Operator must agree on a specific date for the inspection to take place, which may not be later than sixty calendar days from the date of the request.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Administrator Compliance Statement On or before ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, commencing with the fiscal year ended March 31st immediately following the Closing Date, the Administrator shall deliver to the Issuer a statement of compliance addressed to the Issuer and signed by an authorized officer of the Administrator to the effect that (i) a review of the Administrator’s activities during the immediately preceding reporting year (or applicable portion thereof) and of its performance under this Agreement during such period has been made under such officer’s supervision, and (ii) to the best of such officer’s knowledge, based on such review, the Administrator has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects throughout such reporting year (or applicable portion thereof) or, if there has been a failure to fulfill any such obligation in any material respect, specifically identifying each such failure known to such officer and the nature and the status thereof. If the Administrator is the same party as the Servicer, such party’s compliance with Section 3.11(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will satisfy the Administrator’s obligations set forth in this Section 1.21(b).

  • Annual Compliance Statement Within 80 days after the end of each year (commencing with the year specified in the Adoption Annex) the Issuer will deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Credit Enhancer an Officer's Certificate stating, as to the Authorized Officer signing the Officer's Certificate, that:
