- Performance Evaluations - CE. Annual performance evaluations will be conducted by the employee’s direct supervisor. Evaluations will be signed off by the supervisor and employee. Completed evaluations will be filed in the employee’s personnel file. Employees who receive an unsatisfactory evaluation shall have the right to file a rebuttal, which will be attached to the evaluation and placed in the employee’s personnel file.
