Performance Expectations. When an employee receives an unacceptable rating on any of the specific factors set forth in the Annual JPE Form, the evaluator shall identify in writing those areas requiring improvement by the employee and provide in writing the amount of time he/she has to improve and what assistance he/she should seek.
