Performance of Changes. Upon receipt of a field order or change order, changes in the Work shall be promptly performed. All changes in the Work shall be performed under applicable conditions of the Construction Documents.

Performance of Changes. In the event the parties are unable to agree on the adjustments applicable to a Change or acceleration in schedule, then GEC shall, if directed by Owner, nevertheless proceed to perform such Change or accelerate the schedule so long as GEC is paid the costs and charges incurred in performing such Change or accelerating the schedule. GEC shall not pursuant to this Section 6.6, be required to perform any Change to the Work directed by Owner that would impair GEC’s ability to meet the Guaranteed Completion Date, or Performance Guarantees without an agreed upon adjustment to the Project Schedule or Guaranteed Completion Date.

Performance of Changes. Subject to the other provisions of this Article 8, the Concessionaire shall take steps to ensure that Change Orders and Approved Change Requests are diligently complied with and implemented in such manner that the costs and delays relating thereto are minimized.

  • Performance of Reviews The RIRs shall send a request for review to the Operator per email, where they shall specify the areas they request a review for. The Operator must comply with the request by providing the requested information within five working days. The review may include an onsite inspection. In this case the RIRs and the Operator must agree on a specific date for the inspection to take place, which may not be later than sixty calendar days from the date of the request.
