Common use of Performance Reports Clause in Contracts

Performance Reports. i. Subrecipient agrees to submit performance reports, using a form provided by OEM, on its progress in meeting each of its agreed upon goals and objectives. The narrative reports will address specific information regarding the activities carried out under the FY 2022 Emergency Management Performance Grant Program and how they address identified work plan elements. ii. Reports are due to OEM on or before the 15th day of the month following each subsequent calendar quarter (ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31). iii. Subrecipient may request from OEM prior written approval to extend a performance report requirement past its due date. OEM, in its sole discretion, may approve or reject the request.
