HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data. The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.
Data Processing By accepting the Shares, Xxxxxxx gives explicit consent to the Company and other persons who administer the Plan to process and use all personal data relevant to Plan administration, including without limitation his or her name, address, Social Security Number or other applicable tax identification number, and bank and brokerage account details, and to the transfer of any such personal data outside the country in which Grantee works or is employed, including to the United States.
Fund-related Contract Owner Services Maintain adequate fidelity bond or similar coverage for all Company officers, employees, investment advisors and other individuals or entities controlled by the Company who deal with the money and/or securities of the Funds. • Provide general information with respect to Fund inquiries (not including information about performance or related to sales). • Provide information regarding performance of the Funds. • Oversee and assist the solicitation, counting and voting of contract owner pass-through voting interests in the Funds pursuant to Fund proxy statements. Other Administrative Support • Provide other administrative and legal compliance support for the Funds as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Funds or the Fund Administrator. • Relieve the Funds of other usual or incidental administrative services provided to individual contract owners. Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.
Remittance Processing Services In order to provide a means of collection of the Receivables which will allow the Trustee to receive the proceeds of the Receivables and related security without AmeriCredit or its Affiliates having access to the funds, the parties hereto agree for the benefit of the Trustee that the processing services (the “Service(s)”) of Processor will be used for the collection and the deposit of remittances related to the Receivables and related security.
Account Management A. The repayment account opened by the Borrower with the Lender (the account stipulated in Article 5) is a special capital withdrawal account, which is used to collect the corresponding sales revenue or the planned repayment fund. Where the corresponding sales revenue is settled in a non-cash manner, the Borrower shall ensure that it will be promptly transferred into the capital withdrawal account upon receipt.
Contract Management (a) Atlantic will appoint one individual with sufficient seniority, experience and authority to oversee the Atlantic's performance under this Agreement (the Atlantic "Contract Manager") and, for periods when any Contract Manager is absent due to illness or vacation, a deputy for him or her, who will be the primary point of contact for the Executive Officers. One of the Trust's trustees, PEO, PFO, or such other Person designated by the Board from time to time, shall be the Trust's "Contract Manager". The Contract Managers for each Party shall be responsible for the overall management of this Agreement. Subject to and as contemplated by this Agreement, the Contract Managers or their deputies will have the authority and be given the primary responsibility to:
Program Management (WBS 1.1) All components of the Project Management Plan as implemented for the Base Contract and Options 1-4 will be reviewed and amended to reflect specific needs for Option 5 and the outcome of continuous process improvement evaluations.
Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
