Period of Bailment. The bailment provided for hereunder shall commence upon the date of delivery of the bailed property to the County and shall continue for the period set forth in the Schedule. Such period may be extended by agreement of the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such bailment period may be terminated or reduced at the option of either party at any time upon fifteen (15) days written notice to the other party, and such period may be further extended by mutual agreement between the parties hereto.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract.   • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement.
