Period of Consultancy. The period of your consultancy with the Company will commence on 1 January 2009 and will continue until 31 December 2013, unless terminated earlier by either you or the Company, in accordance with Clause 9 below.

Period of Consultancy. The initial "Period of Consultancy" under this --------------------- Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end as of August 15, 2004. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for an additional 36-month period on August 15, 2004 and every three years thereafter (each such date, a "Renewal Date"), unless either Company or Consultant gives contrary written notice to the other party hereto not less than 90 days before any such Renewal Date. The initial Period of Consultancy and all such additional renewal periods are collectively referred to herein as the Period of Consultancy.
Period of Consultancy. Provided that Employee has remained an employee through the Termination Date, Employee shall be retained as a consultant by the Company from the Termination Date through December 31, 2008 (the “Period of Consultancy”) provided Employee is still entitled to receive separation pay under Section 6. During the Period of Consultancy, Employee’s Employee Agreement dated December 28, 1995, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C (the “Employee Agreement”) would remain in full force and effect with references to “employment” changed to “consultancy” in Sections 1, 2, and 5 (“term of my employment”), and Section 4 (“in connection with my employment”), and Section 7 (“other than employment”) and all references to “Chief Executive Officer” or “President” shall be replaced with “Chairman of the Board”. Employee’s primary duties would be to assist with transition to the new CEO and to assist with GIG/Prevent second source program. Employee would be available to render two days of service per month if and as requested (but may render additional services as he and the Company desire relative to the establishment of the GIG/Prevent second source program). Employee would receive a retainer of $2,000 per month, regardless of the amount of services Employee actually renders and may receive a bonus under Section 3bii of the Age Discrimination Release Agreement which the Company and Employee anticipate entering into (the “Age Discrimination Release Agreement”). Employee would be an independent contractor with no authority to bind the Company and all expenses would be subject to the prior written approval of the CEO or Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board.
Period of Consultancy. The schedule of training courses will be defined by the Republic Geodetic Authority, in coordination with the Consultant. The first contracted course shall start in June 2023. Consultant services are expected to last until December 2023.

Period of Consultancy. During the period February 1, 1999, to January --------------------- 31, 2000, Xx. Xxxxx shall serve the Corporation in the capacity of general consultant. To that end he shall be available for consultation and advice as and when the President of the Corporation may reasonably require. Xx. Xxxxx shall not, however, be required to attend regularly at any business office of the Corporation or to live at any specified place for any stated period or periods of time. Insofar as it shall be practicable from a business point of view, the Corporation shall consider the reasonable convenience of Xx. Xxxxx in timing its requests, and the failure or inability of Xx. Xxxxx by reason of illness or cause beyond his control to respond to such requests shall not be deemed to constitute a default on his part in the performance of his obligations under this Agreement. Xx. Xxxxx agrees to render his services in such manner and under such circumstances as shall be in the best interests of the Corporation and consistent with its general policies. The services which Xx. Xxxxx shall render to the Corporation under this Agreement shall be rendered in the capacity of an independent contractor.
