Common use of Permanent Full-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Permanent Full-Time Employees. Permanent employees will be provided with IIP days at a coverage level of either one hundred percent (100%) or seventy-five percent (75%) of the employee’s hourly rate, based on their completed years of service as set out in the chart below up to a maximum of twenty-six (26) weeks per calendar year or per absence that extends beyond the calendar year in which the continuous absence commenced.
