Salary Review. All salaries below the maximum of a band shall be reviewed annually.
Salary Review. Any employee or class of employees may make a request for job reclassification utilizing procedures established by the Superintendent, and the final determination of the pay classification shall be made by the Superintendent.
Salary Review. The Basic Salary shall be reviewed annually. The Company is not obliged to increase the Basic Salary at any review.
Salary Review. The annual salary in clause 6.1 is to be reviewed at the interval set out in item 7 of the schedule. Any increase is to be effective on such review date even if the determination of the amount of salary increase occurs later.
Salary Review. The Basic Salary shall be reviewed annually, the first review to take effect following the first Compensation Committee quarterly meeting of each calendar year commencing in 2018, however the Compensation Committee is not obliged to increase the Basic Salary at any review.
Salary Review. The Employee's salary and benefits shall be as stated in Article IV but shall be reviewed on October 31, 1998 and annually thereafter during the term of this Agreement and any renewal of this Agreement.
Salary Review. An employee's salary is subject to review when one of the following occurs:
(a) The employee is appointed to a new position as a result of successfully bidding on a posted vacancy. This process is referred to as an appointment.
(b) The employee is temporarily assigned to a new position in accordance with Clause 26.3. This process is referred to as a temporary appointment.
(c) The employee is transferred to a new position in accordance with Article 10 concerning transfers. This process is referred to as a transfer.
Salary Review. The District shall conduct a market based salary survey by a mutually agreeable classification consultant to be conducted in February of every third (3rd) year, beginning in 2020. The study shall evaluate the relative position of salaries paid to mutually agreeable benchmark classifications in relationship to other employers. When performing the labor market study, the consultant shall survey the three (3) other Orange County Community College Districts, and other California multi-college districts of similar size. The results of the study shall be submitted to the District and CSEA for negotiations.
Salary Review. The Salary payable to Executive for each Fiscal ------------- Year commencing after December 1, 1996 shall be subject to annual review by the Board. The Salary level in effect for Executive for each Fiscal Year during the Employment Period shall not be less than the greater of (i) Two Hundred Fifty ------- Thousand Dollars ($250,000) or (ii) the Salary level most recently determined by the Board pursuant to this Section 2.
Salary Review. Your Base Salary will be reviewed annually as part of the Company’s normal salary review process.
