Permit Approvals. The permit approval process will follow the same steps for processing permits as described in Attachment B - Building Code Department Services.

Permit Approvals. DCFA shall deliver to the City copies of all Permit Approvals necessary for the Commencement of Construction of the DCFA Improvements without any Impermissible Delays.
Permit Approvals. Following COUNTY’S approval of the Construction Documents, LESSEE, at LESSEE’S sole cost and expense will obtain all required approvals from and adhere to regulations of any permitting agency having jurisdiction over the Premises for the construction or installation of any Tenant Improvements. Permits may include, but are not limited to, the following agencies: California Department of Fish & Game, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, State Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Xxxxx Valley Water District, and the COUNTY’s Building Department. LESSEE may not construct any improvements until XXXXXX obtains all of the necessary permits and provides COUNTY with evidence of such approvals. Where COUNTY’S assistance or cooperation is required as landowner, COUNTY shall assist the LESSEE with its applications for permits, if required, including executing documents for this purpose.
Permit Approvals. On or prior to Closing, DCFA shall have obtained all Permit Approvals as necessary to Commence Construction of the DCFA Improvements without any Impermissible Delays.
Permit Approvals. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that compliance with Section 2.01 will be a condition of issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy. Purchaser further agrees that the City may use its building permitting, inspection, and enforcement processes and procedures to enforce the requirements of Section 2.01 governing building materials, including but not limited to rejection of applications and plans, stop work orders, and disapproval of inspections for applications and/or work that does not comply with this Agreement. Applications and plans for a building permit must demonstrate compliance with Section 2.01 in order for a building permit to be issued. Applications for building permits must comply with Section 2.01 in order for such application to be approved and a building permit issued. Plans demonstrating compliance with this Section 2.01 must accompany a building permit application and will become a part of the approved permit. Any structure constructed on the Property must comply with this Section 2.01 for a certificate of occupancy to be issued for such structure.

  • Project Approvals The Borrower will promptly obtain all Project approvals not heretofore obtained by the Borrower (including those listed and described on ­Exhibit “N” hereto and any other Project Approvals which may hereaf­ter become required, necessary or desirable) and will furnish the Lender with evidence that the Borrower has obtained such Project Approvals promptly upon its request. The Borrower will give all such notices to, and take all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements to construct the Improvements and to use, occupy and operate the Project following the completion of the construction of the Improvements. The Borrower will also promptly obtain all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Project for its intended purposes, and will furnish the Lender with evidence thereof. The Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described on Exhibit “Q” hereto.

  • Governmental Approvals Any Governmental Approval shall have been (a) revoked, rescinded, suspended, modified in an adverse manner or not renewed in the ordinary course for a full term or (b) subject to any decision by a Governmental Authority that designates a hearing with respect to any applications for renewal of any of such Governmental Approval or that could result in the Governmental Authority taking any of the actions described in clause (a) above, and such decision or such revocation, rescission, suspension, modification or non-renewal (i) has, or could reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Change, or (ii) adversely affects the legal qualifications of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to hold such Governmental Approval in any applicable jurisdiction and such revocation, rescission, suspension, modification or non-renewal could reasonably be expected to affect the status of or legal qualifications of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to hold any Governmental Approval in any other jurisdiction.

  • Permits and Approvals Consultant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits and regulatory approvals necessary in the performance of this Agreement. This includes, but shall not be limited to, encroachment permits and building and safety permits and inspections.
