Permits and Plans. The BUILDER shall at its expense, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, procure and furnish all items and permissions necessary to perform its obligations hereunder including, but not limited to (i) plans and specifications (in addition to the Plans and Specifications described in this Article 1), labor, machinery, parts, materials, supplies and equipment and (ii) all necessary licenses, surveys, permits or approvals.

Permits and Plans. Any alteration, improvement, addition or utility installation in or to the Premises that TENANT shall desire to make shall be presented to LANDLORD for approval in written form, with proposed detailed plans. If LANDLORD shall give its consent, the consent shall be deemed conditioned upon TENANT acquiring all necessary permits to do the work from appropriate governmental agencies, the furnishing of a copy thereof to LANDLORD prior to the commencement of the work, the compliance by TENANT with all conditions of said permits in a prompt and expeditious manner, and, if applicable, TENANT'S conducting its work so as not to interfere with any other TENANTS of the building in which the Premises is located.
Permits and Plans. At its sole cost, Supplier shall obtain and maintain any and all plans, permits, licenses, orders, and similar authorizations required by governmental authorities or third parties in connection with the performance of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement and any Purchase Order, and when requested shall furnish evidence satisfactory to Allrig thereof.

The Borrower shall develop and implement such programs, policies and procedures as are necessary to comply with the Patriot Act and shall promptly advise Agent in writing in the event that the Borrower shall determine that any investors in the Borrower are in violation of such act.
