PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS. Tournament waters shall be established by the Tournament Director for each tournament. Each competitor must obtain this information from the Texas B.A.S.S. Nation staff. Any water within these boundaries posted “Off-Limits” or “No Fishing” by state or federal agencies as well as the live-bass-release area established by the Tournament Director will be OFF-LIMITS and will be announced at the Tournament Briefing. Only that water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Xxxxxx deemed off limits by authorities or tournament officials should be treated like a wall. No boats or casting behind that boundary while fishing. All angling must be done from the boat. In states where landowners have the legal authority to claim private property, these areas must be posted or they will be considered tournament waters unless instructed otherwise by tournament officials at any time during the event. If forced to leave, a competitor must report the incident to tournament officials as soon as possible. Any water to which a competitor is barred access becomes off-limits to all competitors. Prior to the tournament registration, any questionable areas must be brought to the attention of tournament officials to be considered tournament waters and may be announced in the briefing for all to hear unless determined otherwise by tournament officials. Tournament officials reserve the right to restrict or enhance tournament waters based on conversations with local authorities. Competitors are not allowed to cut, remove, displace, or engage in any type structure removal from private property (dry land) during off limits, official practice or competition. Moving structure to include sawing of logs or other obstructions in the water is only allowed if laws permit. No competitor may place any object that may impede or cause danger to boaters.

PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS. (i) Restrictions, designated launch points, official tournament waters, and other location mandates may be issued for individual events. (ii) Contestants will be provided with official water launches and/or boundaries and restrictions specific to each event. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification. (iii) In the event that portaging is allowed, anglers will not be allowed to exit the stream-bed to access the surrounding property to do so. (A stream-bed is the channel bottom of a stream or river, the physical confine of the normal water flow. The lateral confines or channel margins are known as the stream banks or riverbanks during all but flood stage.) Failure to do so will lead to disqualification. (iv) Portaging is prohibited unless posted otherwise. (v) Unless posted otherwise, competitors must be able to float in and out or through an area during tournament days for it to be considered legal waters. Anglers can use pedal/ paddle/push pole to navigate. If an angler’s kayak bottoms out and becomes completely or partially immobilized while navigating, they are no longer considered floating and cannot pass over. Kayak can be reoriented to eligible water. Anglers are responsible for verifying their launch is on the designated list as well as paying any launch fee required to utilize the facility. (vi) Anglers can launch at more than one (1) legal location during a tournament day. (vii) Anglers do not have to take out where they launched as long as the take-out is also a legal launch unless there is an emergency communicated with the Greenbrier Fishing Team, Inc. dba Clarks Hill Classic staff. (viii) Ride coordination and shuttling are allowed. (ix) Contestants may fish anywhere on tournament waters available to the public except areas posted or otherwise designated as “off-limits,” “no boats,” “keep out,” “restricted,” “no trespassing” or “no fishing” (or similar language or markings intended to restrict public access) by Greenbrier Fishing Team, Inc. dba Clarks Hill Classic, commercial property owners and/or local, state or federal officials. Failure to do so will lead to a disqualification or loss of the fishing day. (x) All fishing must be conducted from inside the kayak unless otherwise stated by tournament officials. Only an angler’s arm or arms can extend into the water to help land a fish they hooked legally. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS. Restrictions, designated launch points, official tournament waters, and other location mandates may be issued for individual events. • Contestants may fish anywhere on tournament waters available to the public and accessible by kayak except areas posted or otherwise designated as “off-limits,” “no boats,” “keep out,” “restricted,” “no trespassing” or “no fishing” (or similar language or markings intended to restrict public access) by B.A.S.S., commercial property owners and/or local, state or federal officials. • All fishing must be conducted from inside the kayak unless otherwise stated by tournament officials. • At no time may a contestant leave the kayak to land a fish, photograph/submit a fish or to make the kayak more accessible to fishing waters. • The cutting of trees, bushes and/or logs after the start of the pre-tournament meeting and/or the removal of official local, state or federal barricades at any time to make an area more accessible by kayak is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the tournament. Boats may never be tethered to buoys or safety signs. • The use of cables, ropes, chains or any type of block and tackle system to maneuver a kayak into fishing waters is strictly prohibited. • Using any items including the kayak or fishing line to block an area off to other competitors or anglers is strictly prohibited.
PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS. Only that water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Any water within these boundaries posted “Off- Limits” or “No Fishing” by state or federal agencies as well as the live-GBN release area established by the Tournament Director and announced at the Tournament Briefing, within 50 yards of a marina (gas pump), or within 50 yards of another contender which was first anchored. No anchored boat shall permit selected contenders to fish within 50 yards claimed by her/him to the exclusion of any other contender. Maneuvering boatsshall be followed no closer than 50 yards. All angling must be done from the boat. Contenders must not leave the boat to land a fish. Contenders wishing to change fish habitat by placing any object in the tournament waters may do so if such action does notviolate state or federal regulations.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements.   • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
