PERSON IN CHARGE. The person-in-charge rate, when assigned by the employer, who is a member of the crew, shall be $1.45 per hour in addition to his/her regular hourly rate for all hours assigned person-in-charge responsibilities. The rate shall increase to $1.70 per hour effective January 1, 2019 Retro The rate shall increase to $1.70 per hour effective January 1, 2020 The rate shall increase to $1.75 per hour effective January 1, 2021 The rate shall increase to $1.75 per hour effective January 1, 2022
