Personal Clean Up Time. Employees required to work in and around sewage or garbage and others required to work in live sewers shall be allowed adequate time to shower and change their clothes prior to the end of their work shift. Any clothing furnished such workers by the City shall not be worn home nor away from a permanent job location. Other employees shall be allowed necessary time for personal clean-up prior to the end of the shift. The City shall furnish waterless cleaner and towels when it is necessary for employees to clean up, and when soap and water are not available.
