Personal Days Off With Pay. In addition to the days off with pay provided in Section 27.01, each Full-time employee with five (5) years or more of net credited service, will be granted four (4) days off with pay for personal needs, at her basic rate of pay for the day. These personal days off with pay will be granted between June 1st of the current year and May 31st of the following year.
