Common use of PERSONAL LOSS Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LOSS. Subject to clauses 34.02 and 34.03, where an employee in the performance of his/her duty suffers any personal loss, and where such loss was not due to the employee's negligence, the Employer may compensate the employee for any loss suffered, subject to a maximum of three hundred dollars ($300).
