Personal Property Loss. An employee’s personal property loss or damage in the course of his/her duties shall be repaired or replaced by the Employer subject to integration with one hundred (100) per cent of any Workers’ Compensation Board coverage applicable, provided that proof of the loss or damage is submitted by the employee within a reasonable time of the incident.
