Personal Property Loss. If personal property loss or damage is not protected by any of the provisions above, the District or its insurer shall reimburse an employee for any loss or damage to personal property used in the performance of professional duties. To be eligible for coverage, such personal property must have been recorded with the Principal prior to its loss or damage.
