Common use of Personnel File Entries Clause in Contracts

Personnel File Entries. An employee will be given a copy of any document placed upon an employee's personnel file which may form the basis of disciplinary action. Upon request, any such document shall be removed from the employee's file after the expiration of twelve (12) months from the date it was issued provided there has not been a further infraction.
