Personnel File of Record. The employee’s personnel file of record shall be kept in the Department of Human Resources for each employee in the bargaining unit. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee's personnel file of record, unless it is requested by the employee. No unsatisfactory anonymous materials shall be placed in an employee’s personnel file of record.
