Personnel Files use in Arbitration. No document contained within an employee’s personnel file(s) may be used in arbitration or other hearing, unless a copy of the document is provided to the employee at the time it was entered into the file. The employee shall sign acknowledgement indicating receipt of the document. Such acknowledgement shall not constitute the employee’s concurrence with the contents of the document.
